I'm unable to reproduce this bug in my environment.

Please provide:
(1) your database dump.

(2) steps to reproduce.
e.g.
(i) log in as "admin/password"
(ii) UI > Instances > click instance "???????" > detail panel > see "Take Snapshot" option and "View Snapshots" link.
