[jira] [Created] (JCR-3446) Implement sort by node name for XPATH
Daniel Lipp created JCR-3446:
--------------------------------
Summary: Implement sort by node name for XPATH
Key: JCR-3446
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-3446
Project: Jackrabbit Content Repository
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: query
Affects Versions: 2.4.3
Reporter: Daniel Lipp
We need sort by name on various occasions. As AQM is still much slower in sorting (e.g. see JCR-2959) than XPATH, we would like to stick with XPATH for now. That's why it would be great to have a native XPATH sort by name instead of having to workaround it (e.g. by creating a property mirroring the node name).
