Create Ozone s3 authentication token and client authentication transport:
Purpose of this task is to extract s3 authentication from request and submit request from gateway to om through Grpc OM transport. Some things in this task are:
 # OzoneClient cache, single OzoneClient servicing all s3 requests
 # Additions to OzoneManagerProtocol for s3 security authentication
 # CDI gateway establishing connection and providing user authentication
