[ANUNCIAR] CVE-2021-27576 - Apache OpenMeetings: el ancho de banda se puede sobrecargar con el servicio web público

El problema se solucionó en OM 6.0.0
Se recomienda a todos los usuarios actualizar a Apache OpenMeetings 6.0.0
