Description:
The Download of any Apache Version is failing for some reason.
Most of the time at the "afe.jar". With the message: "afe.je download failed"
Or even "OSMF download failed"
From log:
Installer version 3.2.0 (windows)
Using Locale: de_DE

SDK version Apache Flex SDK 4.14.1
AIR version 23.0
Flash Player version 23.0
