Currently we include avro-1.x.jar in the dependency libs cause its used in some form by the Hadoop provided components.

However, since Avro's seeing a big rise in users for MR as well, it makes sense to also include avro-mapred-1.x.jar as part of the packages itself. Right now users have to search and download these jars manually to use it, or use it from a non-relevant package.

Sqoop for example currently includes avro-mapred cause it uses it, but would make more sense if its part of the hadoop packages itself and the rest can link out from it?
