Collections: UnboundedFifoBuffer marked final?

Is there any reason why UnboundedFifoBuffer is marked as a final class?
Looking through comments in the CVS history, it appears that this was
intended to be made non-final when it was copied over from Avalon.

Thanks,
Matt

I have changed this to non-final, as I can't see any reason why not to.
