This happens because {{CommandExecutor}} tasks don't have {{ExecutorInfo}}. The {{ExecutorInfo}} can be constructed on the fly, but we do not do it when rendering {{Task}}s in JSON. See {{common/http.cpp:110}}.
However, in the JSON a task is always wrapped into the corresponding executor, so you can always get the executor id. It's {{"id": "testtest.ca08dbeb-b05e-11e4-901a-56847afe9799",}} in yout example.
