Android Maven Plugin 3.5.3 release

The Android Maven Plugin team is pleased to announce the release of version
3.5.3 of the plugin.

We had a slip at the last release that required users to have the Android
NDK installed. This is now fixed and we also threw in some new features
again..

New features/bug fixes are

   - Fix for NDK codebase so that NDK install is NOT required for normal
   builds
   - Added support for x86_64 introduced in NDK r8e
   - Fix proguard usage on Mac with non-Apple JDK (= Java 7 from Oracle,
   which is the new default)
   - Added support for the Android Monkey tool
