Description: It would be very helpful if one could access previous versions of an S3 object using an S3 versionId. Adding a `?versionId=` to the end of an `s3://` URI is not standard, but all versions are available via the `https://` URIs (was: It would be very helpful if one could access previous versions of an S3 object using an S3 versionId.
