urgent : tomcat 4 and iis 5

hello community,

i've been just following the instructions at http://members.ozemail.com.au/~lampante/howto/tomcat/iisnt/
and i'm in trouble when trying the instruction : 
    jk_nt_service -s tomcat
i got : 
    Asked (and given) winsock 1.1
    Starting tomcat.
    tomcat failed to start.

the whole steps before are fun.
is somebody there who can, please, help me quickly ?
