OpenOffice 4.1.2 program suite's Writer became unresponsive - repeated
uninstall/install cycles yielded inability to save any documents in desired
destination folder due to insufficient "administrator privileges" - saving of
files only possible to My PC - no issues of this sort in 4.1.1. - reverted back
to using that version

Had extensive professional help in resolving the issue - the issue could not be
resolved other than by uninstalling OpenOffice 4.1.2. and installing OpenOffice
4.1.1. instead.

"insufficient administrator privileges" is an error from your operating system.
Do you mean that you encountered an error 1303?
Please provide a screenshot of this problem.

Once this is done, please set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED and we will attempt
to reproduce the issue.
