Hello,
java.io.SequenceInputStream 's constructor SequenceInputStream(InputStream, InputStream) should not throw NullPointerException if the second InputStream is null and the close() method should not throw IOException if the stream is closed already.
I will try to attach a patch to fix this bug. Thanks a lot.
