How to get german Exception Messages by catching SAXException?

Hello,

i really need a german output, if there have been thrown a SAXException. So
I am searching for a file e.g messages_ge.properties or a solution to use an
own one and of course a hit how to implement.

At  this time I am testing crimson SAXParser, Xerces 1.0 and Xerces 2.0. I
would change to if there exist a full Implementation of german
Exceptionhandling in any SAXParser (JAVA).
