Would be great to have this, would make it easier to run with postgres without having to install and configure it.

For the marmotta ldp in fusepool the dockerfile I created is here: https://github.com/fusepoolP3/p3-ldp-marmotta/tree/master/docker

Unfortunately marmotta asks for a password when running in this configuration, see: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.p3.devel/60
