Bugzilla is for reporting bugs in SpamAssassin. The users mailing list is where
you can ask for help configuring your SpamAssassin. That's the first list
described on the mailing list page, http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/MailingLists

Even better might be to ask on the amavisd users mailing list
