This patch replaces the need for findInventoryEventPlan.ftl and FindInventoryEventPlan.groovy which can probably be removed.

Other than the the ERROR mrpEventType record not being combined with the INITIAL_QOH line, I was able to reproduce the FTL with a form widget.
