Project: cTAKES
Issue Type: Bug
Components: ctakes-dictionary-lookup
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.1
Environment: Windows 10
Reporter: Kyle Rasku
Hello All,
Attempted to download and install the patch version on Windows 10 today.
I tried to run ClinicalPipeline with my API Key (which I have already validated via the UMLS API test site):
{{bin\runClinicalPipeline -i C:\Input\MyNotes\ --xmiOut C:\Output\MyNotes\ *--key 00a111b3-4c55-5555-5d66-66e7f888ghij*}}
where{{ 00a111b3-4c55-5555-5d66-66e7f888ghij}} is my _Key_.
Got:

(Descriptor: <unknown>)
Does anyone please know how to fix this?
Is there something in the file I can modify to make it work?
Thank you so much.
Kylie
