The AVG (HiveSqlAverageAggFunction) and SUM (HiveSqlSumAggFunction) functions don't support the special FUNCTION_STAR syntax and trying to write queries including AVG(*) or SUM(*) currently fail (see invalid_avg_syntax.q, invalid_sum_syntax.q tests).

The SqlSyntax.FUNCTION_STAR syntax for SUM/AVG was incorrectly set by HIVE-29339 so this ticket is a follow-up to restore the previous and correct behavior.
