[jira] [Created] (CLOUDSTACK-2043) If the response for a request is empty, the UI should show corresponding warning message instead of a empty dialog.

Isaac Chiang created CLOUDSTACK-2043:
----------------------------------------

Summary: If the response for a request is empty, the UI should show corresponding warning message instead of a empty dialog.
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-2043
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-2043
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Improvement
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
          Components: UI
         Environment: master branch
            Reporter: Isaac Chiang
            Priority: Minor

A scenario is that when we try to scale up a virtual machine, there should be a warning message, like "There is no available service offering for target virtual machine", if there is available service offerings.
