Allura consists of many services when running in a full environment.  We have Docker and Docker Compose configuration for *developing* allura but not for a full production-ready installation.  This project would entail setting up a configuration with settings suitable for production and adding containers for git, hg, svn, dns and static file serving.  Some documentation exists about manually setting up those services to work with Allura, but much further configuration, scripting and testing would be needed to get to the full operational environment.
