how to set HADOOP_NAMENODE_OPTS ?

Hi,
  please give some advice on how to set HADOOP_NAMENODE_OPTS
&HADOOP_DATANODE_OPTS?
  I  have a DN with hbase regionserver of 32G memeory and NN with hbase
master of 32G memory.
