**NOTE** 

If you are using OSX & you upgraded to Xcode 4 from Xcode 3, you will run into this issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=777831

The symptom of this issue is that the bootstrap script will get stuck in a loop telling you that you need to have Xcode installed.
