Need help for java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError

Hi 

I am using Sun One Application server 7.

I have webservice client build on Axis 1.2 RC2.

When I run my client from Java console ,its works fine , but when I use 
the same code in my Web application its throws
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError.

I am not able to figure out the exact problem.

If any one knows the solutions , please let me know.

I have attached the details of exception in the mail.
