How are you calling Tika? Tika App? Tika Server? Tika java facade class? DefaultParser directly?

What steps are needed to reproduce this? What platform(s) are you seeing this on?

> It did not happen with tika-1.5. I think it was introduced with POI-3.11-beta2 upgrade. I am not being able to rename a lot of files after the parsing, seems to be some file handle not being closed.
