change and defect management

Hello,

I'd like to get information if any library or tool exists as change & defect
management for Subversion.

I want to manage the changes and defects in the project and I want to
integrate it with Subversion.

Maybe you want to try trac - it is free software (free as in speech ...) and works
very well for me.

You might want to look CodeBeamer, a collaboration and change management
platform at  <outbind://73/www.intland.com> www.intland.com

It provides a role-based tracker, wiki support, document management, tight
integration with Subversion (and many other SCMs), a build facility, code
comprehension, role-based index and search, etc. It is also the platform
behind JavaForge.com, an open source community.
