youtube content caching(HTTPS) using ATS

Hi all,

I am trying to cache youtube content using ATS on HTTPS.
I am unable to connect to youtube server, while using ATS as forward 
proxy for HTTP and HTTPS links.

In squid.log  I am getting following error continuously:
ERR_CONNECT_FAIL/502

In other setup I have installed squid 3.5.1, where i can cache youtube 
in intercept mode.
Similarly can ATS be used to cache youtube content(on HTTPS session)?
