   The root core should be here from your logs

   But at L81 https://github.com/apache/skywalking/blob/v6.3.0/oap-server/server-core/src/main/java/org/apache/skywalking/oap/server/core/register/ServiceInstanceInventory.java#L81
   we require UUID, but seem it is not there. I don't know why. Have seen this before or around.
