remember if you want to bring attention to a pending patch, make sure patch flag is set in JIRA

So much is going on in derby right now, that as a committer I
am mostly watching the patch available query to know if there
are pending patches out there.  If you don't set it, it may
get lost.

Is there a better link than the following?
