[I] Unable to get new install running (webpack errors and /ws endpoint failing) [superset]

#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Clone repo
2. Launch with `docker compose up`
3. wait for everything to settle down.
4. Noticed a few errors during webpack
### Expected results
Clean webpack
### Actual results
what actually happens.

I think all of these warnings have been dealt with, and docker-compose is in a much better place than when this was filed. Closing as resolved, but holler if you're still seeing any of this.
