Hello all,
I am new to jetspeed, and would like to know if there is any documents about
it somewhere.
Sorry for this question, but do we need CVS for Jetspeed to run?

Check out the site at jakarta.apache.org/jetspeed there are a few
tutorials you can have a look at.

No, there are releases available for download (links on the site). I
wouldn't recommend downloading from CVS at the moment, rather wait for
1.3a2 which should be available in a few weeks.
