[PR] CLI: Add register support for tables/views commands [polaris]

MonkeyCanCode opened a new pull request, #5577:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/5577

   <!--
   ๐Ÿ“ Describe what changes you're proposing, especially breaking or user-facing changes.
   ๐Ÿ“– See https://github.com/apache/polaris/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md for more.
   -->

   Per [ML](https://lists.apache.org/thread/m6tpr9oozrpx0fko3qbl0y5qm3mvdv8k), this PR adds `register` support for both `tables` and `views` commands. Same support will be add in setup in a follow up PR.

   Sample output:

   ## Setup
   ```
Review Comment:
   Many valid S3 locations are not valid URIs ๐Ÿคท
   Cf. https://github.com/projectnessie/nessie/issues/8328
   That said, it is probably fine to fail those super special locations at the CLI level. In any case, if you want to support them, it can be done in a separate PR.
   The example uses the misspelled `--namesapce` option, so copying it causes argparse to reject the command. Please correct it to `--namespace`.
Review Comment:
   `location.strip()` is only used to test for emptiness, the stripped value is never reassigned, so surrounding whitespace reaches the server. Separately, `urlparse().scheme` alone clearly doesn't guard against Windows-style path (`urlparse("C:\\data\\x.json").scheme == "c"`), so a bare drive-letter path slips past this check.
   ```suggestion
        location = location.strip() if location else location

            raise CliError("Missing required argument: --metadata-location")
        parsed = urlparse(location)
        if not parsed.scheme or len(parsed.scheme) == 1:

Review Comment:
   If we drop the check in CLI, we simply rely on the server to enforce correct syntax, which if fine from my POV.

   If we fail odd URI in the CLI, we users an early warning of potential issues.

   I'm fine either way :slightly_smiling_face: ... but I'm leaning towards dropping the check in the CLI. This will be the most flexible approach.

   That said, we should probably improve the server-side handling too :sweat_smile: cf. #1545 #552.
