[users@httpd] Modules - mod_pagespeed & mod_jk

Can these modules(mod_pagespeed & mod_jk ) be included in the configure
command and installed? Or do these have to be configured manually after
the installation?

Please advise!

Regards

Installed separately, since they are not part of the httpd source tree.
