   My other suspicion is that this might be due to changes to how URLs are parsed in `access`/`allow-navigation`/`allow-intent` in 6.3.0 (due to NodeJS 18 changing their URL parsing, and the new parser being more strict).
   
   Can you share what `access` tags you have defined in config.xml?
