TS-2637: add traffic_line records match option
Add the -m option to traffic_line. This matches the given regular
expression against all the records, allowing users to discover new
statistics and configuration options.

I nuked the list; there's an example of -m for the SSL cipher metrics, but more examples would be useful. As you pointed out offline, it would be helpful to move the statistics documentation into a separate page as well.
