gateway-test-release-utils module
Any objections if I move the two classes in the gateway-test-release-utils
module into gateway-test-utils instead?
Those two classes are used fairly extensively in the gateway-tests module,
as well as in the gateway-test-release modules. I think it makes sense to
have a single module containing the test utility code.

Actually, further examination shows that there is a reason for that module
- you end up with circular dependencies involving the gateway-test-utils
module otherwise.
