When filing ICLAs, there is a field to enter the PMC and podling so the notification email is copied to the appropriate project.

But when filing CCLA and grants, the only way to notify PMC and podling is to manually update the CC: list after the document has been processed, but before commit. This is a bit error prone.

This new feature would add PMC and podling fields to the CCLA and grants section.
