the program asks to recover, the screen goes white, and I get a message, it
asks me if I want to recover why? and I recover this has happen 5 or 6 times
since I have installed. soft ware crashes.

If you receive an error message, you can make a screen capture of that message
and post it here as an attachment.

When this happens, does the recovery succeed, or does it keep reporting the
recovery need over and over?

More details are needed to understand what workaround to recommend.  It will
probably be unnecessary to see the document you are working on.

Depending on your response, there may be questions for further details.

Although it is convincing from the reports that there is a problem with
autorecovery failures, there is insufficient information, as in this case. 
However, Issue 125744 analysis mayh be helpful.
