Non-recoverable failure in name resolution

Hello,

Since upgrading to version 1.2 on FreeBSD recently I get this error when 
running most svn commands.  Any clues?

ssh: www.domain.com:: Non-recoverable failure in name resolution
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly
