                 It appears that the write feature isn't included in the REST API, so we'll need to put in additional effort similar to what's done here: https://github.com/actions/toolkit/blob/main/packages/artifact/src/internal/upload/upload-artifact.ts
   
   We can try add `write` in next PR.
