Quick Start

Hi i just recently follew the steps from the wiki/QuickStart page and
everything went smooth up to step 10 where i had to restart the server, and
it just says Shutting Down Phoenix

Here´s an image of the prompt

 



 

Is there anything else I could do?

Do you have a troubleshooting page where I could look for an answer?
