[Update] YMTD

Thanks for all the feedback. I have updated the YMTD document to clarify
some sections as well as added a whole new page (thanks Glenn for pointing
out that I missed the whole hosting issue!).

No, I won't be sending all the update notices here all the time, just until
things settle down a bit or if there are pretty large changes (like this
