We added our KEYS file at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/allura/KEYS but it doesn't seem to be getting picked up at http://apache.org/dist/ after 24h.

Daniel indicated that the svnpubsub config doesn't seem to be in place yet and that I should reopen this ticket.
