httpd can't deal with whitespaces in directory names
Summary: httpd can't deal with whitespaces in directory names
Product: Apache httpd-2.0
Version: 2.0.35
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: Other
Component: All
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: dh@onclick.org
I stored pages in "/workspace/own docs/LinuxTag" and did not get the pages on
screen. httpd told me that they don't exist. I moved the folder LinuxTag to
somewhere else and it worked. Both places were accessible by httpd over a link
in htdocs. So, I conclude that httpd does not like the whitespace in the
directory name. This is very bad.
