Notifications should have been enabled again by Infra (well, let's try). I
already received some notification for new changes. Notifications from the last
few days were lost.
To be precise, e-mail delivery was suspended due to Bugzilla sending out
thousands of e-mails, for what it seems a Bugzilla bug (e-mail delivery was
briefly suspended back in August when a mass-operation was done, Bugzilla did
not send e-mails but still wrongly stored them in the "unsent" queue and a
maintenance operation produced the massive "spamming").
