    Resolution: Incomplete

Please keep in mind that a question along with a screenshot is hardly a bug report. For questions about Maven and its plugins, the [Maven User List|http://maven.apache.org/mail-lists.html] is a better place to go.

Your issue sounds like a misconfiguration of file encoding. In particular, check that the Javadoc Plugin's [encoding|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-javadoc-plugin/javadoc-mojo.html#encoding] parameter matches the character encoding of your source files and that the Site Plugin's [outputEncoding|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/site-mojo.html#outputEncoding] parameter can handle your character set.
