[PR] [v3-3-test] Upgrade UI dependencies (major bumps) [airflow]

Backport of #70777 to `v3-3-test`.
Cherry-picked from dae79110b8870146b9091988ff51d0e23a1e9068.
The `initImmediate` removal in `config.test.ts` and all the `@trivago/prettier-plugin-sort-imports` v6 reformats applied cleanly. `package.json` and `pnpm-lock.yaml` conflicted because `v3-3-test` has diverged from `main` on several UI dependencies. Resolved by applying only the bumps this PR's squash actually made (its net diff), keeping `v3-3-test`'s versions for deps that had merely diverged independently:
- `@xyflow/react` kept at `12.11.2` and `@tanstack/react-virtual` at `3.14.6` — not part of this PR (`main`'s values came from other PRs).
- `katex` / `mermaid` / `rehype-katex` were **not** added — they don't exist on `v3-3-test` (they arrived on `main` via unrelated PRs) and appeared only as context drift in the cherry-pick.
- `@visx/shape` bumped to `4.0.0` alongside `@visx/group`, even though the squash's net diff only lists `@visx/group` (on `main`, `@visx/shape` was already at `4.0.0`). They are a lockstep pair, and keeping `@visx/shape` at `3.x` pulls in a second, duplicated copy of `@visx/group@3` next to the direct `@visx/group@4`. Bumping both matches the single-version state `#70777` actually ran against.
The lockfile was regenerated against `v3-3-test` (`pnpm install --lockfile-only`) rather than hand-merged, so it stays consistent with this branch's dependency graph.
