Long log messages are truncated in the Horizon UI log list. When investigating multiple entries, users must open each one to read its full content, making logs difficult to scan and compare.

Done in apache/skywalking-horizon-ui#189; it will ship in Horizon UI 1.1.0.
Rather than horizontal scrolling, a log row can now be read without opening a popout:
- Click a row to expand it in place: the whole content (JSON indented), with service, instance, endpoint, trace id and tags. Several rows can be open at once, so entries can be compared. One click on an open row folds it again.
- An **Inline / Pop out** switch above the log list sets what a click does. **Inline** (the default) expands the row; **Pop out** keeps the old behaviour of opening the popout. The choice is remembered in the browser.
This applies to the Logs tab, Log inspect and the AI assistant's log blocks.
