[jira] [Created] (GUACAMOLE-491) Session reconect timer loop

Gary Miller created GUACAMOLE-491:
-------------------------------------

             Summary: Session reconect timer loop
                 Key: GUACAMOLE-491
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-491
             Project: Guacamole
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: guacamole-client, guacamole-server
    Affects Versions: 0.9.14
Environment: Ubuntu 16.04, RDP on Windows Server 2012 R2 DC
            Reporter: Gary Miller
         Attachments: before.png, fgh.png

Hi.

The issue is that once someone is connected to a remote session and someone else tries to connect to the same host, the person that was first to connect is prompted with an error and guacamole will automatically reconnect them in 15 seconds. Previously (0.9.13 incubating) guacamole just said "you have been disconnected" and didn't attempt to auto-reconnect. The problem is that if people have left sessions open and someone else tries to connect they will be kicked off every 15 seconds by someone who is afk. At the moment we've been able to remedy the situation by just killing the afk sessions via the connections tab, but this is something only administrators can do in our organization for obvious reasons and an administrator is not always available. Below are some screenshots of the errors. As you can see by the images the "Connection error" is new and hasn't been an issue until this update.
