Blocking email using SpamAssassin with sendmail - hosting with websitesource.com

Hi

I have a VPS server with websitesource.com and the way their third party
solution providers have implmented sendmail ... Doesn't let me use
procmail...

procmail doesn't even work with their system.. sucks.. i did lot of search
and reading for procmail but in the end found out that i couldn't even use
it!

My server has: sendmail, SpamAssassin with spam-milter running

Please advice how which file i modify to drop messages using SpamAssassin
... messages with keywords like 'vi...gra'?

i want to permanently delete these messages at server level... am receiving
hundreds of these messages ..!

Or if you could point me to the link so i could start to write come rules to
block messages by checking the keyword?

Spamassassin can't block messages. So if you don't get any 
suggestions here from people who use sendmail or spam-milter, you'll 
need to look at those solutions / groups.
